Strong masculine scent

upset, angry and frustrated
I am so upset, angry and disappointed. I went to Macy's on 11/27 and bought two perfumes that would be a gift for my brothers from Carolina Herrera Bad Boy fe 5.1 oz. I received it yesterday 12/7, one for $174 and the other for $149. One of the lotions arrived in a large plastic bag, the perfume broken, the perfume box scratched and broken in the gum box wet with it. horrible experience. I'm going to go to the store and demand my perfumes or my money back. I don't care who's problem it is, I want you to solve this. Too angry
