Where ARE the items I ordered?

I would be happy just to HAVE the things I ordered, four king pillows and four covers. Just found out that some of these things may not be or are not available. I studied carefully before ordering. Please don’t include products on your site that are not available! And don’t ask for a review when I haven’t seen anything from Macy’s.
