Received an empty box!

Received an empty box. My account still has not been credited back. When did Macys start using third parties to order from?

Not user friendly

I'm always cold so electric blankets/throws are my go to. The heat function on this works fine and it's soft but the control is in an awkward position. I'm using it now and the plug into the blanket is sitting on my chest. If I turn it upside down with the plug near my feet (the normal position) the temperature contol is slightly out of my reach. The wire is to short . I need to bend over to reach it if I want to turn it over over change temperature. I had bought two. Sorry I did. One was a gift.
