Damaged INK Stain

This item arrived Damaged with an ink stain on the sleeve. I’m unable to return the item because my son needs a coat. I expected more value for the price of this coat. Although it’s a cute coat, the quality isn’t worth the price. I would upload a photo however there is no option too.

Shipping

Thus far, the shipping is simply horrible. The item was purchased on 08/30/2024. I received a tracking number which I am unable to track. It stated I would receive the item by yesterday and now, the item hasn't been received by the logistics company and has "not been scanned." I have no method to track this item, and I need it by this weekend. Simply horrible service.
