Perfect to dress up or down!
These are PERFECT for Winter season. They match all of the holiday outfits and have great traction for outdoors. We wear them for casual/nice dress, but they've also become her church shoes! SO cute! They do seem a little "stiff" but she hasn't complained about that. If your child is between sizes, I would round up. My only complaint is that the excess shoelaces are wadded into a knot inside the shoe. You can't see it, but you have to place the "knot" carefully behind the tongue of the shoe, so it doesn't drive your toddler crazy.

The boot of the toddler season
