Pants run small

Cute outfit, i liked those bright red flowery pants, the fabric is super soft and stretchy, however as it turned out the 9months size pants(as the label claims) run already tight and too long in the same tome for my 6 months old baby(13.9pounds and 24.5 inches long). I compared this set pants to the other 9m size outfit i got for my baby girl and you can see the difference in size on photo. Red pants are made in Vietnam while light pink pants in stripes are made in China. I hope Carter’s gonna resolve this sizes discrepancy between their international manufacturers. The top is of a proper size for a 9m old baby.
