Package has not arrived

Package never received . it’s just sad that a customer has to go through all this trouble to purchase the items that they’ve been waiting for and to have the item be taken to someone else’s address is terrible. I just went through an ordeal with you guys. You need to train your staff more better because this is terrible, but this is out of order.
