Loose style, unlike other ruffle tops

I purchased this top, because I love that it has a matching pair of fleece-lined leggings. Together the set is adorable, but I didn't like the cut of the shirt. (Cream with hearts) It was wide and kind of "hung" on my daughter. Not as flattering as others, but it is still worth it to own as a 2-piece outfit.

The fit is all wrong

Very boxy and and the pattern or cut of this shirt made my toddler look weird, every time she lifts her arms just the slightest bit her whole midriff would show and she has other carters shirts that fit her right so I feel the sizing or pattern of this shirt is off and saw several reviews stating the same complaint as mine or similar.
