I’ve purchased Carter’s underwear for my girls for as long as I can remember — my oldest is now 25, and my youngest just turned 9½. Carter’s has always been our go-to brand because of the great quality and how well their underwear used to hold up wash after wash. Unfortunately, the latest packs I bought were a huge disappointment. After just 2–3 washes, the fabric is already thinning, fading, and losing elasticity. I ended up returning two of the three packs I purchased. I’m so sad to see the quality decline after so many years of trusting this brand.

Cute and Comfortable
The only undies my 7 year old will wear. They fit perfectly and don’t bunch up like other brands.

No ouchy elastic
My kiddo is very sensitive to textures and the way material feels on her skin. She only likes Carter panties and no exposed elastic with the little laces at the seams.

Do not like the new version
My daughter is 7 and these are just a very thin and poor quality material. She is very picky about underwear and will not wear the ones with the elastic so carters has always been our go to for underwear. These are a funky cut. A little baggy sag in the booty not the good shaping we are used to. I’m not sure why you changed them but now I’m scrambling trying to find underwear my daughter can wear and school starts in just a couple of days! The 8 is big but 6 are teeny. Look like they’d fit a 2 yr old.

Way too small
Very tight on a petite 8 years old (less than 50lbs). Size 8 is usually too big for her, but these were unfortable because too tight. Do not rely on the size chart!
