Carter Toddler 2pc Bow Dress

Didn't get the dress, only the top was delivered to the store. It's a shame when you hire people that don't look at what they are packaging and sending out to customers. When I received it my heart dropped, it was a gift for my granddaughter who just turned 4. Of course there was no more in stock.
