Toddler skort

While the article of clothing I received is cute, nice quality and good color, it is not a "skort" as advertised. It is a skirt. I'd purchased it because I liked the idea of a "skort" for my granddaughter....she wouldn't need to wear shorts under it while playing on the playground. Disappointed when it arrived to find it is actually a skirt.

Still cute, but this is a skirt. There are no shorts in it as described in the description.
