Grand daughters Christmas dress

This item was sent to UPS store and benoinced to me, no email stating so from Macy’s or UPS! Day before x-mas i began searching for emails looking for any notification from either and ended up searching toddler dresses to learn it was shipped to UPS. The app allowed me to redirect back to UPS store in my city for delivery on Dec 29th, today checking it Es sent back to California from Utah! What the heck!! I called Macys and explained the situation and was told they could send it back to UPS in my town and then they told me sorry no out of stock! Errrr never will ship Macys again this dress was for my 2 year old grand daughter for x-mas day!
