The shoulders of the bottle round out to form a heart, symbolizing heartfelt declarations. The Déclaration bottle has been redesigned to reduce the weight of the glass, and it is now refillable thanks to the 200 ml refill (sold separately). The refill is only compatible with the new Déclaration de Cartier bottles.

A Bust Buy

I love the smell of this cologne, which is why this is my this purchase but the packaging and handling of this specific buy was a disaster. The top came disassembled and won’t spray so I can’t even use a product that I spent a decent amount for. Not satisfied with this buy at all

Smell is very strong upon the 1st sprays, but let me tell you, when it dries down the scent is phenomenal! only need about 3-4 sprays and it'll last all day
