Broken liners

The first set of these planters I ordered, I sent back because the liners were destroyed. The second set I ordered were delivered with only one liner broken but on two opposite ends. These are really beautiful, but the packaging should be better

I RECEIVED THIS ITEM AND THE INSERT WAS BROKEN AND DAMAGED. DO I NEED TO RETURN AND IF SO WHERE.
