I liked it, it was a great sequel
In this sequel of the Hunger Games, Katniss is still fighting the grip of the capital in a story that changes and turns with mind-blowing plot-twists. This is a great book for someone who likes to be on the edge of their seat while reading a book. Without trying to make any spoilers, I will say that katniss’s stunt in the first book plays a big role into the plot of this one, and shapes the whole story. I think that this shows and underlying theme too that a person with power will do whatever they can to keep it(You’ll see from president snows actions). Overall this is a great book, and I think it is good for audiences that like being somewhat anxious while reading, and having a sense of competition while reading.

SO AMAZING!
This book was so unexplainably thrilling to read. This book, Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins has all the necessary elements that make a book excellent. It was engaging, suspenseful, creative, adventurous, and daring. Not only did I enjoy the new characters, but I really liked how the author showed the development of all of them. I was really able to go into the shoes of those who were in the games. This book had lots of details about the connection between different characters and their development as a group. Thus I felt I was able to experience what it was like to actually be in the Hunger Games. Another aspect I really liked was the detail. Suzanne Collins described everything down to the bone. It made the book very clear and concise. It made the long book more interesting. The challenges Katniss goes through truly test not only her physical abilities but also her survival skills. In this book, Katniss is forced back into the games and has to survive again, but this time she has allies. Along with this struggle, Katniss is also dealing with issues inside her home. The thought of rebellion is flowing throughout all the districts, and Katniss is put at fault by the president. Another aspect of this book that I really enjoyed was the themes displayed. This includes sacrifices, survival, and independence. The author clearly made sure that anyone who reads this book will have someone to relate to. The storyline also allows for the reader to read this book over and over and still not lose interest. Additionally, I loved how the book uniquely portrayed characters, even besides the main character. Not only did the novel portray Katniss as a heroic, likable teen but they dove deeper into other characters as well. The amount of description, interaction in the book made it impeccable and the novel made it seem like every person was the main character considering how much information and story we get regarding things and people. Because of this, I was able to have an emotional, close connection with the characters. Overall, this classic really is at one of the highest places in my list of best books because it includes everything a spectacular book should have. It shows character development in such a way that the reader will feel like they are on the journey with Katniss. This book really has elevated storytelling to a different level. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone of any age because I can guarantee that you will like it.

Absolutely Stirring!
To begin, I cannot express how much suspense and entertainment this book has given me. Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins kept me at the edge of my seat at almost all climactic parts of the novel. As a sequel of the first book, it carried on the plot and characters perfectly, and it did not fail. Not only was this book amazingly action-packed, but I believe the character Katniss Everdeen and her development more and more into the book definitely played a role in my enjoyment. Her discovery of new people, new things made me as a reader feel immersed into the action and I almost felt as if I was there. One of my favorite aspects about the book is how uniquely they portray characters, even besides the main character. Not only did the novel portray Katniss as a heroic, likable teen but they dove deeper into other characters than what I have never seen before. The amount of description, interaction in the book made it impeccable and the novel made it seem like every person was the main character considering how much information and story we get regarding things and people. Because of this, I was able to have an emotional, close connection with characters other than Katniss Everdeen. Next, I found the title of the book to be very iconic and fitting to the book. After I finished the novel I began to think about how quickly things escalated, how little information I was given at the beginning came to become a whole understanding of the plot. Ironically, when something begins to catch fire almost nothing is noticeable as it might appear as a small flame, but it quickly spirals out of control releasing a fiery flame. This perfectly represents the nonstop fighting, battles, until nothing is left. Finally, I want to discuss the stunning and amazing narration by the main character. The way the author of Catching Fire portrayed her thoughts and feelings in such a way that the reader could easily relate. Sometimes the thoughts or feelings didn't relate to me as a reader, although it was able to open a completely new perspective in my eyes. This caused me to look at the book in a different way which made me understand things I couldn't before. To wrap things up, I absolutely recommend this book to any avid readers or anyone that was previously read the prequel of this novel.

Amazing Book Must Read!!!!!!
Catching Fire is an amazing book.It gives us a glimpse of how Katniss feels after the Hunger Games. She thought that since she won the games she would be free and never have to go back to that horrible place. She was very wrong.Due to the Quarter Quell she must go back but this time with existing victors and this guarantees a much harder time.In Catching Fire the second book in Suzanne Collins amazing trilogy she tests Katniss more than ever before ...and surprising readers at every turn.

Action-packed and interesting storyline
Catching Fire written by Suzanne Collins is the second book in the Hunger Game trilogy. The genre is dystopian fiction and recommended for ages 12 and up. After the 74th Annual Hunger Games Katniss and Peeta arrive back in District 12 crowned as the winners. Katniss believes everything will go back to normal, but is proven wrong when her friends shut her out and talk of rebellion lingers in the districts, a rebellion that Katniss and Peeta created. When things couldn’t get any worse the rules of the 75th games change which could end with her and Peeta back in the arena. Overall, I would give this novel 5 stars because it is very action-packed and has lots of unexpected twists which make me want to keep reading. If you are someone who enjoys action then I believe this is the book for you.
