very disappointed

bought this for my grandson and zipper broke immediately. Sent it back last January and I just found out from my daughter that he was never able to wear it because zipper broke again!!! I want to return it but deadline was feb 2022! So I bought a jacket that he was never able to wear. Can I still return??

Beanie is super small…

It's super puffy but keeps them warm.. haven't tried in below weather only in like 40-50s (Florida) will find out soon when we go to snowy Chicago.. little beanie doesn't even fit head so.. just toss it.

ripped seams

The coat was cute and kept my son warm however it ripped along the seams on the first day he wore it. It was purchased for a trip to Disneyland, so I was unable to even fix it or exchange it for the remainder of the days worn. Very inconvenient.
