NOT for non-narrow torso frames

This is a strange cut. Best for very narrow-shouldered women. I'm athletic with wide shoulders and stronger arms. The was VERY tight around my upper arms (not fat) and lose around the waist. This is a return, unfortunately.

Pretty Top

I really like the CeCe brand and I purchased this top in a L and XL since I can wear either size depending on the style. I'm a 38D and I kept the XL since the L seemed snug when I pulled my arms forward.
