The fit is true, but if you are broad-chested or shouldered, this blouse may not cover that fleshy (for some of us) area just above the armpit as the front coverage area may be narrower on you than on the model regardless of your actual size. The fabric lays very nicely and I love the color and pattern. My biggest disappointment is that those things covering the biceps aren't sleeves; they're flaps of material just hanging there. So if you lift your arm, the underside of your arm / armpit are uncovered... which might be nice in the hot months, but just looks odd. I liked the other aspects of it enough that I momentarily weighed whether I could just keep my arms down all day. Alas, it had to go back to the store.
