Based on the ‘size guide’ I ordered size Large as I normally wear a size 12. The shirt was too big. It runs bigger than stated.

Great basic skirt. Fits true to size. Has many styling options. I'm pairing with tights, sweater and boots for holidays. Fabric is med weight. Flares out perfectly. I'm 5'9" 180 lbs and length hits just above mid thigh.
