Good quality but mind the Buttons on sleeves

Good quality and looks nice but the side sleeves have buttons on them. That was a turn off for my arms. It just made them look too puffy!

So cute!

This top is so cute. I have the Large. Most of my CeCe clothes in large are a bit big on me in the body but fit my broad shoulders. This top fits exactly right. If on the fence I’d pick the larger size when ordering this. It fits a little small compared to my other CeCe tops in the same size. It is 100 percent cotton with no stretch.
