Cheap looking fabric

The black floral pattern is very pretty, but the top is a cheap, polyester-looking fabric that is a little clingy.

Really pretty

With CeCe blouses, I always size up. Their L is too tight thru bust. XL fits perfect. Lightweight, easy wash, hang to dry, ready to wear. I love their blouses. I have three I should have exchanged for an X-LARGE. If your bust is 41 in or more, definitely go XL.
