CeCe Polo style, navy dress

Perfect, professional looking dress that looks classic with white sneakers, flats and pumps. The dress fabric is not heavy. It is breathable and soft. I will wear this dress alone, with a sweater or a blazer. The embroidery is a pretty upgrade.
