Nice denim jacket

FYI this is a denim jacket. The description doesn't say it's denim but it is. I know it looks like it might be, but you can't tell from the photo. True to size, maybe slightly large in the arms.

Never Arrived

This jacket was not available in the store so I had the salesperson order it. She expedited the shipping since I had a problem before with Macy’s. The email said it was supposed to arrived on Monday. When nothing showed up, I called the shipping company. They said Macy’s had never sent the item to them. When I called Macy’s customer service they said the item had not shipped even though the email they sent said it had shipped. I was asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement in a terse tone. I still don’t know if the customer service person sent in a replacement request. The call immediately went to a survey. I will have to call again today. The reorder did not appear in my email. It seems like a great deal of trouble for one item.
