Cute, flowered sweater, terrible fabric

The CeCe sweater is very cute and the colors are ones I was looking for. The style is very boxy and runs short. The most obvious flaw in the sweater is the rough cheap material. I plan on keeping it but will continue to look for a nicer sweater
