Floaty and feminine

I purchased both a large & XL. The large would’ve fit, but I’m a little broad in the shoulders so it was a little snug. It’s very feminine and flowing and I like the fact that it’s short underneath and the shear top is long. I’m only 5’-4” so I may have to take it up about an inch. It’s very comfortable and will be perfect on a warm summer day or evening. It will be a fun dress to wear to events - very pleased with this dress.

Elastic waist band looks cheap

Cute but needs belt over elastic. Elastic waist looks cheap. I returned it.
