Boring and dull.

The CeCe blouse was a completely dissappointment. Picture is totally deceiving; the blouse was boring and dull rather than vibrant and festive.

On the fence about whether to return in - super thin material. Feels like it could tear at any moment. Cute top if it weren’t so cheap.

Large arm holes

This could have been cute. The pattern is really pretty, but the top has large arm holes that i find unnattractive. I also didn't care for the flutter sleeves.
