Pretty by Gigantic on Me

Ordered two CeCe blouses at the same time. This one was much too big on me. Will have to return for a smaller size. The other blouse I ordered was snug. Both were my usual size. Quality control is not what it used to be. Other than that, the blouse is pretty and very comfy for summer days.
