Not as expected

I have been a fan of CeCe blouses from the start, but lately the quality and sizing is terrible. The material of this blouse is not as I expected, and the fit was tight even though I ordered my usual size (I recently ordered another CeCe blouse and it was gigantic on me). Please go back to the quality you offered when this line was first started!!
