Pretty Green
The top is a pretty green. I guess I didn't read the material content and I expected more of a jersey knit. But it is more of a blousey material. I still kept it and plan to wear it to church for Christmas and to a Christmas family get-together.

Pretty Blouse
This is very pretty for the holidays, but it's more of a blouse, not a sweater so it's not really warm. I would have preferred it to be a sweater but it is very pretty so I'll keep it and hope for a warmer winter.

Bows fall off
Received my online order and one bow had fallen off. Picked up the item and noticed other two bows were just dangling by a thread on one side. Back it goes

Horrible customer service!!
This item was shipped to me with one of the bows missing so I called customer service to return it. They told me I didn't need to return it and they re-ordered another one for me. I got the second one. It was also defective. I called back and they said I had to return the first one after two people told me that I didn't have to And then I had to get another one cause they were supposed to have sent it in red and they sent it in black. It took forever for anybody to understand me because they're all outsourced. Don't speak or understand English well. Bottom line I got two defective tops and I've had to go and return them on my time which was a lot between returns and the hour long phone calls just to get them to understand and give me misinformation. The top was cute but too bad they sent me two they had bows missing.
Itchy
The fabric not comfortable the shirt is beautiful, but cannot wear. It’s itchy.
