Very low quality
The fabric is very low quality, and it developed two large holes on the back after just one wear. The buttons were loose when it arrived, and I had to sew them on and fix the sleeve just to make it wearable. Is CeCe’s quality always like this?

I shopped for a few events coming up and was mixing and matching this is why I included info on a few different styles I noted sizing way off in most styles including the matching skirt to this jacket, which was 4” difference between sizes and not consistently the same garment to garment. CECE is eye catching on rack but be careful .The snaps on the pretty ornate buttons on two of these jackets, two different ones, both appeared factory fresh, were sewn so poorly that they pulled off upon first try on. I attest this brand once one of my favorites has sharply declined in quality. I had issues with 3 different style garments including this jacket. I also purchased their short sleeve pearl embellished Tee top that had factory defects. This style top from this same collection arrived with imprint of hanger across the front, it took 7 orders and returns to find one without this defect. The staff at MACY’s were very accommodating and helpful; But not CECE customer service.I emailed the company at multiple addresses but they never replied. I will avoid this brand going forward.

The skirt is really cute but was too small for me. It runs smaller than the other CeCe skirt I purchased which fit perfectly in the same size small. I had to return it.
