Be aware that the sleeve is puffy not flat

I kept this one but hesitated a lot. On the one hand it is a pretty design, fits well and I like lace. Down sides: the sleeve is not flat like the picture shows. It is more of puffy sleeve, which makes it less elegant.

Blouse was beautiful. Live Cece line. Just the length was too short for my taste. Cece typically has items that wow you, this wasn’t one but I needed to wear white.
