REALLY HAPPY WITH MY CECE TOP

I was ready to go home at the end of my shopping adventure feeling tired & a bit disgusted, but decided to check a few more tops. I've purchased CeCe tops before and really liked them. I'm usually pretty hard on myself but this top, even though a size large looked pretty decent on me and it's really cute! Lightweight for hot summer months and flattering, AND on sale. So, there you go. Don't give up!

Wrong item

The shipping team should be careful, they are sending something that has nothing to do with what I bought. We sometimes buy online because we don't have time to go to the store, but you are giving us the work of returning the wrong item. I am really disappointed.

Unacceptable

The customer service I experienced was absolutely unacceptable. I received an email confirming that my item was delivered and a text from DoorDash stating they had the package. However, after calling Macy's three times, no one could provide any information about the package location. Additionally, the representatives I spoke with struggled to communicate effectively in English. What happened to Macy's? Now, I am forced to visit the store in person to demand a refund. This has been a horrendous experience. I urge others not to waste their money.
