Very cute top but sleeves too tight

I usually love CeCe tops and always buy my regular size M. This is a cute top, the body is t-shirt material, the sleeve are pretty with embellished flowers and see-through. My issue is the band on the sleeves is too tight, and I don't have big arms, so it's impossible to wear. The size otherwise is correct so I couldn't size up. I am returning this

Cute but the crew neck is not flattering with this sleeve and fabric

Fit

Sleeve opening tight and not flexible. Should have some flex.

Sleeves too tight

This could have been a cute top, but the sleeves were extremely tight around the bottom (not at all as shown in the picture), so I had to return. My arms are slender, so it was definitely the fit of the top.

Style is not as good as shown in the picture

It doesn’t fit well and poorly made. The fabric is not as good as expected. Not recommended.
