not so great

I have another Cece top, the 'smocked elbow-sleeve' shirt, that I love, and I thought this one would be as nice. It is _not_, and by a smile. For one thing, the smocked top fits me perfectly in a small, but this one, also a small, is huge. The shoulders stick out awkwardly, as if they had shoulder pads, but they don't. The fabric feels cheap, and the fit (for a small person, like me) is not good. In short: it feels and looks cheap, and the fit is awkward. Not recommended.
