Awful shirt—You can’t return it; don’t buy it

I didn’t realize this shirt was a final sale item and can’t be returned. It is awful. Between the poofy shoulders and the course material it is made out of, it is verging on hideous. I don’t write reviews often, but I don’t want anyone else to get stuck with this. I love the CeCe brand, but this shirt isn’t good.

I definitely never thought I would leave a bad review on this Cece brand. I bought all the colors of this specific style. But in this color it was a total disappointment. The quality is the worst, it is the cheapest they found. I don't know what happened here. Don't buy this blouse. You are going to lose your money.

Vibrant color and pretty ruffles

The colors and the ruffles are just pretty. The fabric is slightly stiff cotton. S appears to be TTS for 118-120 lb, athletic body petite. It fits relaxed and the armholes are a good size. I would prefer a little bit soft fabric for comfort.
