Dressy blouse.

The blouse is lovely. It would dress up outfits from jeans to suits. It is not for a petite person. The picture in intimates that the double ruffle sleeves would end mid forearm. It does not on a petite person. They end at my wrist.

Beautiful

I should have read the reviews on sizing. I ordered medium and small and the first to arrive was the medium. It is beautiful in every way—the embroidery, the bell sleeves, the flow-y fabric. But the gap between buttons in the bust area signals it is just the least little bit too small across the chest. Both will be returned. A shame b/c it is lovely.
