Ugly and feels like sandpaper

I ordered this dress online. It looked cute online but I got it today and it’s so ugly and feels like sandpaper.

Odd layers

Something about the cc dresses these last few seasons. The ruffle is in a place where it almost looks like a maturity gown. There’s way too much fabric just makes you look bigger. The dress is nicely lined though. the blue is pretty along with the floral print .
