Fabric feels cheap

Still deciding on whether to return. The fabric is not what I expected, feels 'cheap' but the dress still looks flattering on. I'll probably keep it but would prefer a different type of fabric so probably wouldn't buy this brand again.

Pretty dress, easy to wear.

Pretty color and lighter than the picture. Lightweight and silky material, very comfortable to wear. Sleeves cover to elbow and length to my knee ( I’m 5’2”) and a perfect fit. Love Cece dresses!
