Odd Bunching on Sleeves

The top was cute, but the sleeves were gathered weird, like the fabric was accidentally bunched when sewn on. It was the same on both sides, so may be the style, but it looked odd. The fabric didn't lay flat.

Basic black with ruffles.

This is a lovely, black, feminine look. Just FYI it runs a teeny bit short and no spandex like a lot of CeCE’s tops. All in all a nice blouse. Small fits me, 105 lbs, 5’4”.
