CeCe ruffled button-front 3/4 sleeve blouse. I am 5"3' weight 136 36C and the small fit me perfectly. Wear this with jeans and dressy pants, both look great. Purchased the blcak,fabric is very nice and comfortable. I am very pleased with this top.
