Beautiful light weight blouse in gorgeous royal blue. Just what I was looking for and the fit is more generous than usual for the CeCe brand.i am wearing with the top unbuttoned so it appears as a v neck. Sleeves are very pretty too! I will purchase more in other colors. Highly recommend
