Cece dress

The cutting is very nice but the edge of ruffle on the bottom missing stitches; I have to mend it. It was made in Indian. Hope the QC to investigate well. The material is nice and I bought it on sale👍. I always live the design of Cece. Wish the colors of the future dresses are light - less black and navy. I love light blue light purple light….
