Not at all what picture

Bought this skirt with the matching jacket because I thought it would be a beautiful spring outfit and while the jacket is wonderful this skirt is NOT. The skirt is not as pleated as pictured on and the skirt puffs out and doesn’t lay flat against the body against as pictured. I have 2 other skirts from this brand both size 8 and they fit perfectly. I got an 8 but thankfully I was able to exchange this for a 10, but I should have exchanged it for ANYTHING ELSE, now I can’t return it and I’m stuck with it. I will try and figure out what to do with it.
