CeCe Womens V-Neck Puff Sleeve Dress.

Lovely dress. I love the color and the XS size fitted me. I think the dress can be dressed up for a wedding or dressed down with casual boots. It does remind me of a raspberry marshmallow puff but I like it and I think I'll keep it.
