Macys You should be ashamed of sending this item

Received item today. Dress was turned inside out in package, appeared worn with no tags. AWFUL! Now need to fight with Customer Service that I didn't wear it as it looks used and this is how it arrived. There was an insert card that said "package was done with care and quality". I didn't even want to touch it as it is obvious it is not new and an employee had no care in the world this was going out to a customer. Poor quality check. The packer should have higher standards.

Not as expected

Material is not was expected, too thin for the weight of the style of the dress so it hangs in a weird shape. The bottom hem also curled. The white collar and sleeves are a very pretty touch with the pearl details though. Sadly, will be returning.
