Cute fit but waaaaay too long!

I returned the first pair I bought because they were huge! Now these are the correct fit but they are miles too long, probably 6" too long and since Macy's won't let me return them, I will probably have to have them professionally altered or donate them. Very sad. I don't know if these come in Petite lengths but if they do that would perhaps be better. It wasn't an option when I was choosing sizes. I am 5'3".
