cute pants but terrible customer service

I purchased the wrong size (too big) by mistake and tried to exchange. Was told the sale is final. These pants run extremely long and big. Buyer by ware if you see some verbage about last act etc. You could be stuck with a garment you can not use. I will be donating these so it's not a total waste of money ! Disappointed .
