Nothing But Lint

I just washed the sheets after tgey were delivered. I am on my 4th !!!! dry cycle because they will not dry . its filling the lint trap. Horrible Quality

Sent Wrong Pattern

Ordered the Celeste Home sheets in the Winterland pattern. Received a pattern with nothing but moose on the sheets. Called Macy's customer service. They said return the sheets to my nearest Macy's store. When I got to my Macy's store, they said I had to send them back by UPS. Macy's called their Customer Service and I was sent a shipping label for UPS. Customer Service asked if I would like to reorder the Winterland pattern. Declined because I was afraid they would send the wrong pattern, and I didn't want to go through this hassle again. If Macy's were out of the Winterland pattern they should have notified me and not sent a substitution.

Not What I Ordered

Ordered the sheets in the "Winterland" print. Received a set of sheets with Moose all over them. Should have been notified by E-Mail if the set I ordered was not available. Now I have to make a special trip to Macy's to return them. Glad I didn't send a set as a Christmas gift. Would have been very embarrassing. This is the first time I have had a problem with Macy's On Line.

Wrong pattern

Bought these sheets twice from two different stores and both times the wrong pattern was shipped. Avoid this brand - they can’t get it right.

Flannel Sheets

These sheets are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! Before I put them on the mattress, I washed the sheets FIRST. The sheets washed beautifully - no fading. Can we talk about how well-made these flannel sheets are?!!!! These are the thickest and smoothest flannel sheets I have ever slept on. The brand name of the flannel sheets is "CELESTE HOME HEAVENLY INDULGENCE". These flannel sheets are definitely heavenly!!!!
