High potency

These vitamins have a great list of minerals needed for longevity. They will definitely cover anything you miss in your diet. Easy to open package holds fairly large pills that are pretty easy to swallow, but make sure you take after a meal to avoid feeling nauseous!

Great vitamin

The Centrum 50+ Silver Multivitamin has all the vitamins you need. It is a big white pill that you have to swallow. I have been taking them for 2 weeks now, and I feel no change in my energy level. But I take them for vitamins I lack. I would buy them again.

Perfect supplement for older men

Centrum Men’s 50+ multivitamins check off all the boxes. They provide the minimum daily requirements for many of the needed vitamins for senior men. The box has 66 tablets so you get a full 2 months supply in every bottle. For those concerned they are non-gmo verified and gluten free.

Good brand of multiple vitamins to add to your eve

These multivitamins are taken for heart, brain, eye health support plus taking for muscle function. There is no taste after swallowing one of these tablets taking once a day. A good 2 month supply. These were sent to me by influenster and centrum for my honest review.

Great value and makes a difference

These are my husbands favorite. The packaging is very easy to open and they are easy for him to swallow. I like that they are made for the needs of men over 50 giving them the nutrients that they tend to be low in as they age. Centrism is very easy to find in store and such a great value for the money with 100 tablet bottles.
