The cups are festive but are NOT microwave safe. See pic of what happened when we tried to heat up tea - cracking.

Beautiful

These cups are gorgeous! Vivid color and good quality porcelain. Description states, microwave safe and dishwasher safe. They are microwave safe for "reheating only". Returning them with deep regret aware that at some point will forget about the "reheating only" rule and place in microwave on high for 2 minutes to make tea. Four stars for microwave reheating restriction. Would highly recommend if you only intend to serve drinks in and never use in microwave. Very festive!

Finish Comes Off With Handwashing

Even if you handwash tbse mugs and treat them gently, the shiny finish starts to come off.

Beautiful but not as advertised

Very nice looking...bright & shiny.....too bad that they won't stay that way. Ad noted that they are "Dishwasher Safe" but the bottom says otherwise...along with not microwave safe. I don't know if Macy's responsible for writing the ads or not but it sure is disappointing when what is written in the ad is not what these are.
